Terms and Conditions

  • To ensure a safe and secure stay for all, valid government-issued photo identification is required from every guest at the time of check-in.
  • Our online booking system is currently under development. To book your stay, please contact us via phone or email (details available on our website).
  • A non-refundable advance payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking.
  • Reservations will only be confirmed after the advance payment is received in our bank account.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a reservation for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the advance payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  • The confirmed stay period is only for the duration for which payment has been received.
  • Extensions of stay are subject to availability and must be approved by us in advance.
  • Check-in time: After 13:00 (1:00 PM)
  • Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage caused during their stay. Charges must be settled directly.
  • Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
  • Waste Management:
    • We are an eco-friendly homestay and appreciate your cooperation in keeping the premises clean.
    • Waste must be segregated into wet waste (e.g., food, biodegradable items) and dry waste (e.g., paper, plastic), and deposited in the respective bins provided.
    • Please contact your host if you require any assistance with waste disposal.
  • Noise Levels:
    • Sound must be kept within limits as per local government regulations to respect other guests and the community.
  • Smoking:
    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas may be provided outdoors.
  • Alcohol:
    Consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderation and should not cause disturbance to other guests.
  • Pets:
    Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring a pet. Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional cleaning fee.
  • Liability Disclaimer:
    Beth Hill Homestay is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
  • Privacy:
    We respect your privacy. Guest information will only be used for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
