1. We love to get to know our guests so an identification proof for all guests staying at the facility is required. 

1. Our online booking system is a work-in-progress, so contact us in the number provided or drop an E-mail to book your stay with us.
2. All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee (20% advance to be paid).
3. We would love to have you enjoy your stay longer; therefore, extension of existing booking will be allowed but based on availability (has to be confirmed by us).
4. Bookings can only be guaranteed after payment has reached our bank account. We reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason with a full refund
5. Reservations for which advance payment has not been received by the due date will be cancelled.
6. We can only confirm the period of stay for which we have received payment.

• Check out time is before 11:00

Early check-ins or late check-outs can be requested, subject to availability.

1. All damages and breakages caused by the guest must be paid for by the guest directly.
2. Waste Management:
   • We are a nature friendly facility so not littering in the compound will be appreciated. Kindly deposit your waste in the bins provided.
   • Wet waste (food, decomposable etc.) and dry waste (paper,plastic etc.) has to be segregated and deposited in their respective bins. (Kindly contact the host in case of any difficulty)
3. The sounds levels has to be maintained according to government norms.
